What was the highlight of The Marcy Hotel
Good
Very clean and comfortable. Incredibly helpful staff. They let you know in the email that they have a lot of noise pollution and I was very glad I had my noise cancelling headphones. The parking lot is locked if you arrive late (and they are not very clear in the email about where it is) so we had to drive around the blocks 4-5 times to find a parking place. So that was a hassle. But they were very helpful in opening the parking garage for us and we could move our car once we got checked in. They also do not have an elevator but are more than happy to help carry luggage.

Lovely staff, food and stay
Location was wonderful, I had a medical appointment nearby and it was so handy but it was the range of shops so close to the Hotel that was great, supermarkets on doorstep for a room treat and large chemist nearby. The staff were lovely, and the food in the bar adjacent to Hotel was excellent

Hotel very central Very helpful staff esp Ryan he couldn’t do enough for us .Sabrina was very nice and welcoming looked after us so well .beautiful room lovey food dinner and breakfast .def come back ere
